Hi Daniel, can not play videos, there is a line thru the play icon,?
There is a play icon on the videos. If it displays with a line through then it will most likely be that your browser doesn’t support mp4 video files. What browser/ device are you using?
It,s my old iPad I’ll check it on my imac
I could’ve guessed it would be an Apple product causing the issues haha. It works ok in the Chrome, Edge, Firefox and IE browsers if you have any of those?
get a proper PC!
Pleased I’ve seen your post Brian was just starting to pull my hair out
Are you using an iPad too, Gary?
Well done Nigel and Mike. Having had to do a few Zoom meetings over the last couple of weeks I know how difficult this can be.
Can I say there are some fabulous images in the competition, and I will be watching the videos again. It has been really useful to see how different the images look on different machines, and having the entries up so close was amazing and really helped me see how applicable the feedback from the judge is/was.
Thanks again Mike and Nigel.
well i think that was a resounding success.
Well done Mike, Nigel and everybody that contributed to the running of the comp.
i think this could be a feature in the depths of winter to save the judges travelling in severe conditions. it might also give us the opportunity to use judges from further afield that we might not usually consider.
The only thing i missed was Karen’s cuppa half way through! 😀
Yes, an old one manger to view presentation on my Mac
Well done Mike I know you’ve put a lot of time into making this happen must of been quite taxing at times, also thank you to everyone else who made this possible
Well done to all who took part and well done to all that got in the top 3 and well done to Mike for organising it
Well done Mike, Nigel and all others involved. It has been a good experience which Janina and I enjoyed very much. Also well done to the top 4 authors, especially Gary
I watched the first half last night and hope to watch the rest over the weekend.
So far, it’s looking good and certainly a good substitute for “real” face to face judging.
Well done to all concerned, and obviously to all those who submitted such great images 🙂
Just managed to view the competition tonight, and might i just say, a very well done to Mike. a lot of hard work went into this effort and i can only applaud the splendid job that Mike made of this. Also not discounting by no means, all the fine efforts that the rest of the production crew put in, well done again.
To everybody who was envolved I enjoyed watching it sorry I could not make the refreshments but hope to do it soon in the near future so keep safe until then and all take care. Well done all
Brilliantly done. Some cracking images on there. Well done to the winners. I thought the judging was fair and there was some excellent critique. It ran flawlessly on my iMac, and Safari. Thanks Mike for putting it together. Much appreciated.
Hi everyone I have just read all the comments on our first online comp. Really glad you all enjoyed the video and I hope you got something back from the critique. The feedback is most appreciated. I hope to do another one with a theme this time, assuming I can get a judge who is ok with Zoom.
Fantastic Job Mike, some great images and the Judge was very informative.
Looking forward to the next one.
Thanks and well done to everyone who has made this happen, especiallyMike for all his time and expertise. Some great images too.
I’ve just watched the competition, well done Mike and the rest of the production team. It’s good to be able to see the images on screen and to be able to spend more time looking at them.
